Great customer service when check in with the attendant to get in line very friendly service at the window was fast, accurate and extremely friendly and double checked my account made sure points were added for my rewards every time I come to this location it’s great service love the drive up option

first you need to create a login for the app which does not save any prior orders youve made online. then you need to login to the website THROUGH the app. why does this need an in app browser and two different logins? (app and website) it makes no sense and trying to use this without accidentally clicking on the ilava link button is near impossible. this app needs to be overhauled because the login fields are hardly functioning, the pages are difficult to manage due to in-browser issues. the two logins should be merged or the app login removed and the website login remains. unfortunate because i like the store but id rather forget the loyalty points and just shop normally if this is the way to redeem them.

I’ve seen some positive changes in the app lately. Much more user friendly. Finally saved my info for rewards AND lets my view my order history. Great for when I want to buy the same thing but can’t remember the name. When I first downloaded the app it was terrible. Difficult to use and would not save my info for rewards points. Great work!!!!
