Rentah is a really interesting marketplace that lets people rent almost anything—from tools and equipment to services and skills—from others in their community. I love the concept of a local sharing economy where people can earn money from items they already own. The app is easy to use, and features like chat and video calls make communication between renters and providers smooth. It’s a great way to save money, reduce waste, and connect with people nearby.
Finally a place for local rentals I’ve always thought it was strange how hard it is to find local rental businesses online. Rentah actually organizes everything in one place — tools, party rentals, services, etc. I found a bounce house company in Brooklyn for my niece’s birthday that I would have never discovered otherwise. The app is simple and the idea just makes sense. ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great concept for freelancers and small businesses I run a small event business and Rentah is one of the few platforms that doesn’t take a commission from every booking. It feels more like a directory that helps people discover you rather than another marketplace squeezing fees out of everyone. I think this could become a really useful tool for local economies.
Awesome app. Awesome service. Awesome product. Able to rent things without spending an arm and leg and able to list my own items / services and make some $. We need to phase away from the random feeling gig economy and use something that gives us an actual routine / side hustle that we can benefit from. Win / win
