For the few times the app partially works, it has a terrible design and interface. The tracking doesn’t work and it sends incorrect messages for when the bus will arrive. Most of the time, the app doesn’t show any information and other times it’s just a blank white screen or errors saying can’t connect to server.

To any school administrator thinking of using this system: don’t. To any parent unfortunate enough to have their school use it: don’t expect it to work. The app stops tracking the bus as soon as your kid is picked up and doesn’t give confirmation that it arrived at school. You’re lucky if it ever shows the bus location. The interface is clunky, outdated, and looks to be designed by a 3rd grader.

Bus app need to be updated or needs a bug fix the time is inaccurate for pick up and drop offs,some days it’s shows neither my daughter has gotten on the bus in the morning for school or that’s she on it for the ride home my daughter has been dropped off back to school more times than I’ve actually got her from her stop!!!!! It’s very inconvenient she’s in the bus for reason so if o can get her from the school during normal hours how can I get her from a missed drop off
