Been with ENB for 55 years (joined in 1969 as a cadet at USAF Academy). No plans to ever change ! Never been inside the door, but never been further than a phone call away no matter where I was in the world.

I have always received the best, professional, polite and personable service from the tellers, bookkeeping, and customer service managers. Hillary, Deena and Toni are the best in accounting, Maggie and Kaylene at the Lansing branch always have a polite and warm welcome when I do business inside the bank. Monica was ALWAYS my go to person, since she has changed job description I can assure you that she trained the new employees to be professional, polite and always personable with the customers. I may have forgotten some of the names, however I appreciate the outstanding service from everyone.

This new app is so frustrating. It sure is pretty, but it’s never accurate. My transactions take DAYS to appear causing confusion on what transactions have been deducted from balance and which have not yet. One day a certain transaction will appear, then the next day it disappears from the app. Then days later it pops back up again. I have no idea how much money I actually have most the time because of the delay in presenting transactions.
