I booked the deep cleaning services from Nakoda. I have been contacted by so called Nakoda network partner. When he arrived, almost with no equipment as explained on this Nakoda portal (Package says- as below) and I am mentioning what we experienced. Inclusions: Floor Scrubbing using single disc machine: Not available: When asked saying we are doing it with hand scrubber Deep Cleaning of all rooms: They were expecting supervision and asking what is dirty, that only will be cleaned. Need supervisor Deep Cleaning of bathrooms: Not done even after multiple reminders. Deep Cleaning of Kitchen, Kitchen cabinets & Balcony Area: Not done, when asked saying I forgot. Ceiling dusting by micro fibre Duster: His response, It’s not in the package Fans/AC dusting & Cleaning: Ok Walls dusting by micro fibre Duster: Were not equipped with micro fibre duster. Window and channel cleaning: Not at all done. Even he was expecting assistance and supervision to open every window. Thorough Glass Cleaning: All glasses were with white marks. He has ordered mob from blink it when my mom asked their plan for floor cleaning. The cleaning cloths used were so dirty that all kitchen tiles and granite looking dirtier than initial. Continuously following on phone call for pending payment even without cleaning as requested or promised by Nakoda. I made the payment to avoid irritations but once he received payment, they literally ran from my house without cleaning.

Very pleased and satisfied with the service of electrician taken from Nakoda. He was knowledgeable, courteous and worked quickly. He was very reasonable and even left the place clean. He also advised me on some additional work which I planned for a later date. The experience right from booking on app, getting follow up calls till the work was done, the entire experience was excellent.
