I-Ride My Way

I cannot schedule a bus for anytime bc apparently there’s none available for anytime I try to schedule a bus. How is there not a bus available from 6am-12am!? When I call the actual place they pickup already sounding annoyed like they’ve been yelled at n even warn you before they answer that they will not tolerate any harmful or disrespectful language. Don’t give me that energy as soon as you pick up then! IM JUST TRYNA GET TO WORK N BACK! Yall messing with too many peoples’ money to be a service.

This company is just really unorganized. The ride times are all over the place, and if you do complain about it to the dispatchers they’ll catch a snotty attitude. Plus the times change unexpectedly and sometimes their wonky app don’t work, why have an app that can barley function? Yall need to update your app n make it better and not take ur anger out on the riders when we say something. If anything we should be angry at u guys. N yall are lucky you guys got desperate riders.

How does this app still not have a sound to accompany its push notifications? Seriously, after more than a year of its existence??? It’s such an inconvenient, absurd oversight that should have been a no brainer from the start. All the iride my way app push notifications need a unique sound to plays when they are received so users easily stay on top of their bus’ updates and arrivals. This update is SORELY NEEDED.
