I have the E10 model. The app has worked since I bought the label maker. After an update 22 hours ago, I can’t print a label. The app opens, connects to my label maker, I click the New Label + at the bottom, and a white screen loads. I can’t navigate anywhere and have to close the app to get back to the previous screen. Please fix the app!!

Worked great until recent update. Now I can’t see items in the selection menu - symbols for example. Not being able to see what is there makes it too annoying to use the app & printer. I hope this gets resolved soon. This was a great little label printer to use.
