I’m a STH and have platinum access as part of my membership. This app strips my tickets of platinum access even though my Ticketmaster account is linked. The updates made this year are garbage. I’m constantly having to message my poor ticket lady for one off platinum passes because they can’t figure out the issues either. This app is garbage. Please fix!!

All season I’ve been getting basketball instead of hockey shootout. Now I can’t even open Play to Win games. It’s just a white screen. I reinstalled and restarted my phone. Still nothing. My husband’s is broken too. This year has been terrible. Maybe it’s because we’re day 1 users? Too bad, because we’re STH and at every game & have loved playing. Honestly, the issues with this app leave a terrible impression.

Season ticket memberships are SO much better than Ticketmaster or any other ticket website. I’m never giving my seats up!!
