I’ve been waiting for this for a long time - what an easy, convenient way to get advice from qualified experts.

Would be great to see a feature where users can consult with experts via live chat, not just video. This can be for when you just have one or two small questions that don’t really require a full video consult. You could make it so that experts are available for live chats at certain times that they set themselves like they do with the video consults, and instead of having to book it in, live chats could be available on demand since they will only be quick conversations. Maybe you could charge a small membership fee to access this feature each month, and use that to pay the experts an amount (like royalties I guess) so that they are still getting paid even if it’s just a quick chat. Please consider it. Thanks!

I’ve been hoping for an app like this for years. Just makes quick advice so much more accessible and with the comfort of qualified experts. I don’t recommend many apps but this deserves it .
