The Commercial Bank app is easy to utilize and I have always found it to be timely & accurate.
The current “updated” app is clunky in comparison to the version it replaced. The previous app was more simple and straightforward with easier navigation. Also encountered a bug when attempting to do mobile deposit from the landing page that prevents the phone’s keyboard (iPhone 12) from popping up when trying to input the check amount. Developer definitely should have done a more careful review of the app’s functionality before this version went live.
Changes get harder at a certain age. I like new format but I think old one was easier for me. Because I was use to it. Thank You!
