Does not connect to BT
My husband and I both downloaded this app in hopes that one phone can connect to the Bluetooth. I reached out to Stelpro customer service who sent me a complete user guide but even so, our iPhones cannot find the thermostat device in order to pair. Despite many attempts at connecting on multiple days, we still have not yet found a connection.

App doesn’t work
Just downloaded this app to go with my heated floors and it says it needs to update yet it’s not staying connected to my WiFi and says I’m not in range to use Bluetooth when I’m standing right next to it. You guys need to better. These are basic functions.
