Although the overall functionality is there, there are multiple bugs and errors that constantly interfere with operation and spoil the experience. While the company fixes one bug, the new bug appears. The support is prompt to respond however bug fixes take a long time. If you’re not a techy and a handy person, who can disassemble and reassemble robot to replace defective parts, this robot is not for you. Also be aware that sometime robot spontaneously goes out of the boundaries, and can damage itself, your property, your plans, etc. Just be aware of that. I feel like a beta tester for this product since I bought it a year ago. This includes both snowblower and mower modules.

It works well when it works well. They are improving all the time. When there are problems they are very frustrating and time consuming but able to work through them so far. Keep an eye on them for the future unless you want to be on the front end. For just a mower there are better ones coming out. I do like the multi function nature of it. There are more multi function yard robots coming out. Don’t know how they will stack up. If not in a hurry I would wait to see the future next year. If you want a multi-function yard robot right now I would get this one.

The application aligns more or less with the maturity of the product, which is to say it shows promise but is still under fairly heavy development. It more or less works and gives really good info on the device. Some of that diagnostic info could be made more human readable. Mapping is still a sore spot, maps can take a long time to create and can’t be edited, this is promised in a later release. Overall the device, the app and the rate of improvement meet what I was expecting.
