Unable to login via fb and Email them but nobody get back to me till date. Lose my daily carrot streak login and unable to submit my daily receipts as a result of that. I have more than 7k carrots in my account and more than 300 pending receipt requests and now unable to login and do anything. Also can’t redeem any rewards for months so the carrots are pretty much useless. Sometimes receipts get rejected for no valid and reasonable reasons. (Eg I submit my receipt but they say another person submit before which was ridiculous)

Used to have love bonito and beyond the vines vouchers but now no more. Reward section is left with plushies and keychains which are not useful for me. Accumulated enough carrots (points) to be able to redeem the vouchers but disappointed that they are gone. Have been enjoying the tasks and submitting of receipt nonetheless. Just upset that there’s no real use for my carrots (points) now.

No issues w the use of the app at version 1.10. Cute labbit who tells stories with interesting quizzes and reward carrots to collect. Modern “dangle carrot stick” gamification to encourage consumerism? Claims for f&b, fashion, gigs unappealing. Practical “bread and butter” vouchers from ntuc, CapitaLand either got snapped up too quickly or have unrealistic no of carrots to exchange. Impossible to get Apple iPod. Hope rewards can be refreshed w better deals soon.
