Nice app, bad path finding algorithm

I am getting logged out after just few hours, often times logging in just fails even after typing correct credentials, 3 tries and your account is blocked for an hour how are you supposed to buy ticket then? Also the fact that new password must differ from last 10 passwords is straight outrageous both for the customer and for data storage.

For example you’re traveling and app needs update. It’s impossible to show the ticket. Very poor user interface. Aftet a year no progress. When you have a situatiom when app can’t show ticket for control you can pay, because during control they don’t care about your explanation that you have ticket. Confirmation of payment is not enough.
