I like the app and the headphones connect quickly but if the case isn't open for long enough or when I open the app it won't detect them as connected unless I put them back in the case and take them out again also wish there was a way to disable the touch features because when I am using them in bed the pillow keeps toggling between the noise canceling modes which is very annoying so I often have to take one out

I had Apple air pods before. Much better integration with Siri and they connected flawlessly every time. Not so much the Xiaomi: very spotty with auto connect, Siri does not respond at all. Also to check battery status: sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t

The app works great and I love the layout. It’s very easy to use. However, whenever I try to create an account, it says my email is invalid. I’m not sure if it has to do with me living in the United States or something? But I’ve had my earbuds for a couple years now and would like to be able to update them to the latest firmware and I’m being prevented from doing so due to it saying “The address you entered is invalid”, which my email address isn’t invalid. If anybody can help me out that would be amazing! Please and thank you!
