DroidCam Webcam & OBS Camera

I have been looking for a solution to the poor quality webcam on my expensive laptop. This solution works perfectly and as described. It is easy to setup and the image quality of my iPhone 12 mini is far better than almost any webcam I could purchase. It’s very stable and works instantly on Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and other apps. A big thank you to the developers for solving a big problem creatively. I will almost certainly upgrade to the Pro version if not just to thank the developers and support their good work!!!

Good quality with wired and wireless connections. (with a decent wi-fi connection ofc) It gives you the option to flip cameras and adjust contrast. However, on the trail version there is no way to rotate your camera to have it as a landscape view which helps me record my phone for instagram. However i just rotate the image in OBS to my liking and adjust the output resolution to 1920x1080. There is a watermark in the trail version but it can be bypassed by watching an add in the app. All in all a great app and I seriously debating wether to by the pro version or not.

I upgraded from 4 to 5 stars. Realized I penalized the developer for what could be and is likely a Windows issue. Also I just upgraded to the pay version. I may never use the additional features but want to support a great app. My original review follows: I use DroidCam to connect my iPhone 8 to my Win10 computer via Wifi. For some reason I can’t get it to connect via USB. If it did I would give it 5 stars. Gives me a nice video image and good sound. I tried other apps but I couldn’t get any connection or could not get a stable connection. I’ve been on 1 1/2 hour Zoom calls with DroidCam with no problems.
