EO Charging

We’ve have our EO Mini Pro for about 18 months and it’s been nothing but trouble. Unreliable, just when you need a full charge the app won’t let you do anything, the charger stops working and needs resetting or fails for some other unknown reason! Extremely frustrating and we waste hours every month trying to get it back working again when it randomly stops.

The UX for for your charge history is terrible, there is no way to quickly see how much you have used overall, you have to click into each charge to see the details, and also there is no ability to download all the data. So it is almost impossible to get an overview of how much you are spending on charging your car.

App has few features compared to other like ohme. Got this charger due to facility of solar charging but this is yet to arrive. Main gripes are you can’t set a charge to stop when your car reaches a certain battery % meaning you have to guess for battery management. Also you can’t actually stop a charge from the app you have to physically remove the cable to stop it, which is useless if you are out and about and want to stop a charge. App needs more features to make charger worthwhile, I regret my purchase.
