I recently had my first financial consultation with 1Finance, guided by Akshat Avasthi, and I wanted to share my experience. Akshat took the time to understand my complete financial picture — my goals, my concerns, and especially my retirement planning. He patiently answered every question I had, no matter how basic, and helped me identify some financial red flags I hadn’t noticed on my own. What stood out most was how he balanced professionalism with a genuinely down-to-earth approach — he never rushed the conversation and made sure I actually understood each step, not just heard it. He didn’t just point out problems; he walked me through where I currently stand financially and laid out a clear, actionable plan for how to get where I want to be. He also stayed in touch afterward to gather additional details and share his thoughts, which showed real commitment beyond just the first meeting. Overall, it was an excellent first consultation, and I came away feeling far more confident and clear about my financial direction. Thank you to Akshat and the entire 1Finance team — I’m looking forward to a long-term relationship with you as I work toward my financial goals.
I’ve been a customer of 1Finance for at least the past 2 years. I discovered the app through social media and had my first free consult online when the world was busy getting out of COVID, redeeming their investments to purchase realty assets at cheap prices. That first consult was, for me, the beginning of my financial well-being journey. Over the past >2 years of my consultations with them, I’ve developed better money habits, planned things better, avoided multiple mistakes, corrected few wrong steps I took in the past etc. The current wave at 1Finance to have in-person consults only makes the experience better. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone who doesn’t have the privilege of sound, unbiased advise. Even if you have that privilege, I’d strongly urge you to check them with 1Finance team, as they are an evolving body of knowledge with the expertise of industry professionals.
Dear 1 Finance team, Very good morning !! It’s gonna take time so please bear with me. Let’s start with your App - Very nice app, simple and easy to navigate as there is nothing much inside it. Just a couple of questions for MS, meeting status and some other info which users feed. I understand, having an App with good ratings is a good move to build trust among people. But is investing in app really worth it? I don’t think so. Meeting scheduling and other stuff which your app currently does can be done in other ways. Which are cost-effective as well as equivalent to having an app. A PWA, for booking meetings you can directly use google calendar api to send and update invites and there are many other alternatives which you can implement. Trust build automatically if the service you provide speaks for itself, which it is doing no doubt in it. If I were you I would have added in-app meeting feature or could’ve used the other option. Please note the above points are for 1 Finance App and not for Cred. Your website - Nice website can be enhanced with look and feel. One thing which I found missing is Inconsistency - now I will leave the exploration of such areas on you guys. Maybe you guys can add MS question answer thing in your website only and serve it as ….
