Hometown Coffee & Juice

I could go to hometown every day, multiple times a day! The food and drinks always hit the spot. The service is spectacular. The vibe is always a buzzin. Hometown is a 10/10!

There are far too many screens to place 1 order. Please please please make some default or favorites so people don’t have to select ten things before placing an order. I should have a default location, default order, and default tip just to name a few. Ideally I just hit 1 button “place favorite order” and it’s all done for me! I have to hit at least 10 buttons to order the exact same thing everyday. So frustrating.

What a bummer. What was historically the absolute easiest part of my day (quickly ordering curbside pick up from HT Glencoe through the app) is now a total mess. My points do not appear to have transferred. It’s not clear where I can even ask for curbside. Is my car info saved? I had to enter all of my information anew according to the manager, “but everything will transfer because it’s connected to your phone number.” It did not. The soup descriptions don’t even match the name of the soup, so I have no idea what I would end up with. Ugh. NOT an improvement.
