We downloaded the app to make sure we stayed on track but the app didn’t work. There was a ‘track’ button where you typed in a number from your receipt - did not work. You could not track the bus. Then there was part of the app that would show you the first, last a d next bus at each stop - which has n/a for next bus for each stop at all points of the day. Which didn’t help. Then every stop they said they were running on a 45 min schedule which was also not true when I had to wait for over 45 mins at the stop multiple times. They also didn’t have many double decker buses because ‘they went to the super bowl’ and so trolleys with less room.
Easy to use app. Convenient to use from wherever you are to plan your trip whether you live in Philly or you are from out of town, this app makes it easy to know what places are a must see and plan to your adventure!! Top notch service. And the bus tours are AMAZING, would recommend 1000x’s over!!
