App Profile: Between 3ANC

I appreciate having an app for my Between 3anc but I got some suggestions for the next update. I was thinking that some features that I would like to see is a way to hear the changes when trying to configure/ change the sound settings. It would also be helpful to be able to double tap on those sound settings to put the sound back in the middle (like how GarageBand lets you double tap to put the knobs back to its default settings). Also for the button on the top of the between 3anc earbuds, it would also be helpful to be able to cut off both the transparency mode and the noise canceling mode when you tap it once for the third time (instead of having to go through the app and having to turn both off like that). Overall I like these earbuds and the app makes it more personalized to your style so thank you again.

I absolutely love the sound. I have a problem with the app, could be user error. I don’t like the voice that says “connected” and “disconnected”, etc. My earbuds are connected to all of my devices and when I go for a run around the neighborhood my phone plays music through my earbuds. Every time I pass my house, my music gets turned down and I hear “connected” and then when I pass it my music goes down again and I hear “disconnected”. Its because it’s getting signal from my other devices at home that are connected to my earbuds. It’s a minor inconvenience, but I wish there was a way to turn it off or if there is I can’t find it.

Idk if it’s just the software through the app or ear buds themselves. These things are garbage when it comes to using Siri. A lot of times I’ll leave my phone on the charger and be across the room doing things and I’ll try and set a simple timer through Siri or respond to a message with Siri. I have to shout for my actual phone microphone to pick up my voice because these headphones don’t want to respond when. I say hey siri. My AirPods have no issue with it. I can literally whisper and Siri responds instantly. I love these earbuds but I hate how much more difficult everything is. I’ve been so used to doing everything hands free the last two years and now it’s like I’m taking a step backwards just for better sound quality. Wish I would have returned these when I had the chance and just bought another pair of AirPod pro2 and kept one nice pair and left my og pair for work
