I am struggling to figure out how to get my membership cancelled and get my refund. The app refused to let me take my card off so I was charged for a gym I no longer go to.

This app has everything it needs, but in a non-user-friendly way. What led me to write this review is how tucked away the ability to access the gym door is. Like once you have your membership set-up, access to the gym is really the only other reason I need to use the app. Like, make that part one of the options at the bottom of the screen. As the title reads, good potential but poorly executed app. Little tweaks will get it there.

I got sick for a few weeks, and the app was working fine until i recovered and opened the app. it signed me out!!! and i signed back in and It said to update my profile and It won’t let me save it, until i cancel my subscription. So i try to cancel my subscription then it says “error” cannot cancel rn. So please fix that because im paying for a membership that i cannot access the gym too!!!
