It’s really easy it shows you step by step which I fun but I have to take a way a star because there could be more or customized things to do when you wake up

So far I’m been asked to rate the app 5 times in the 2 minutes that I have had the app. The limited version only comes with squats and shake everything else you need to have the subscription. Seeing as I only be on the app for 3 minutes I don’t actually have a full blown opinion on it. I just hope that it’s not a lot of disturbance when trying to use it

This helped me so much I used to be in bed at 2:00pm and now I’m out of bed at 6:30/6:35am I love this app I choose squats and I’m also having a short workout everyday lol go get this app if you want to be and time to events!!
