Worst app ever. Next time I won’t buy anything expensive from KHIND. You can’t register for warranty. If the products are expensive, you’d be screwed since they can’t be registered. I bought a stand fan and I can afford the risk, thanks to the good brand it has but in the future, no thanks!!!

Stupid app, bunch of bugs in their app. tried login using Facebook multiple times but still failed, last last login using google acc. Then for warranty registration, complete fill in the product details, uploaded the receipt, clicked register, failed again, says "user not found". sudahhh app sampah

I’m all for technology advancement to ease user experience but if you ask customer to register for warranty on your app but the app failed to do what it supposed to do, then what’s the point? Kudos to your sales strategy by not giving us product warranty so we would have to keep buying new fan 💯 There has been bad feedback about this, seems like the brand is not doing anything to fix the issue. If you’re not better equipped for it, a simple online registration works too. By not taking action to fix this, clearly this is against customer’s rights.
