When a developer posts a purchase with the description “NO ADS”, then that should be accurate…NO ADS. I purchased the $9.99 no ads promotion. In the description, it stated that there would be no more ads to delay the play. I closed the app down after the purchase and went back into the game. It showed the first purchase gift and I was pleased. I then start playing and see an option for ads to re-roll my weapon choice and…SURPRISE the ads are the same. There is NO CHANGE to the gameplay despite that I paid them $10 for this to be changed. Here is the big issue: there was an option for ads busters. These ad busters were listed under the TEMPORARY section. The NO ADS option was NOT. This is purposefully deceptive. I will be reporting this to Apple (although that will probably do NOTHING) and will delete the game. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEVELOPER. This type of scamming (and that’s what it is) should make Apple revoke their ability to create apps/games for their customers. SHAMEFUL

I think the game is great, however having been playing it for a while I realize that there is an issue with money and the way you upgrade heroes to the next level. For money it’s way too scarce, especially at the higher levels. You make the same amount as you do in the beginning for each level. Although you can play the game and still enjoy it, it’s difficult to catch up to your level in game and unlock all of its perks. For example, I am level 23 but I have only unlocked the permanent stats upgrades up until level 12 because I don’t have enough coins to upgrade. Now as for the heroes, I think the system is good but it requires too much RNG and too much time to make a hero worth while. You can play the game with the first hero the entire game giving that you unlock his second level. By the time you unlock one of the master level heroes your starter hero is usually much more powerful and it’s not worth using the master level heroes and giving the rarity of the master hero shards you won’t upgrade them anytime soon. By the time you get them to that second star rating your beginner hero will have reached the 3rd and still be much better. I think those two things should be balanced in order to make the game a 10/10. Great game, highly recommend it.

Ever since the start it has been way too difficult and enemy numbers and bosses are too unfair. Bosses that cover the entire screen with attacks you have no way to dodge. Enemies that flood the screen making it impossible to move. I should not be struggling on Stage 5 with all Level 30 Epic Gear. Also after the latest update they added enemies to stage 5 that weren’t there before. Red beetles that run 3x faster than you and take half your HP in one hit. They throw up to 6 of them at you at one time as soon as you beat the first boss of the stage. I didn’t want to leave a negative review even though I’ve been frustrated since the beginning with these stupidly unfair game mechanics. But now I’m at the point where I have to, and have to say. Fix this immediately. Lower the amount of enemies even a little, and remove the bosses abilities to flood the entire arena with attacks. You’re just going to make players angry with this artificial difficulty and less and less people are going to play.
