Hero Adventure: Rogue Survivor

Awesome game. Graphics, action, world, no ads forced during play, everything is great, but and it’s a HUGE but. Even spent some $ from the very beginning to later realize that what i purchased is absolutely insignificant. Game is impossible to beat without watching ads. Thats right, you can play without ever seeing one, but past lvl 12 you realize that you must. And then everything becomes out of balance from money you get from kills to money needed to lvl up anything to actual gameplay. Not only bosses are impossible, trash to get to them is impossible and thats where you forced to watch ads like every minute, to help with lvling up. And then it’s feels like game is unfinished. From interface, where sudden "sample windows with sample text" on your screen to mobs shooting thru walls and you dying to invisible force. Lots of work must be put in into the game, but it has potentials to be awesome. Still, do not spend on it in it’s current state especially on early stages. By lvl 15 you realize that no amount of money will help you progress faster then watching those ads and then you give up on it when realize that you cant progress due to bugs and unfinished development. DEVS, DO YOUR THING. ITS A BAD BUSINESS TO HAVE UNFINISHED PROJECTS OFFERED TO PUBLIC

I don’t write many reviews, but I was compelled to after playing for about two weeks. Be aware of the game after Level 60 and up. I’ve pretty much reached a point in game where I’ve leveled my stats to max until I reach level 70. This is by far too much of a grind, especially considering it takes more XP to level up the higher you go. More XP needs to be given for killing bosses and the weapons need to do more damage. Also, the cost of items gets so overwhelming high and the reward is too low. Like the purple diamonds. You can pay for the dungeon reward, but the cost doubles every time you use it. My current cost is 2.4 million. Even the tough bosses only give 400 per boss. Basically, the game was fun and felt rewarding as you go through the levels mowing down the same monsters which gave you trouble. Getting better gear and merging the gear was fun. Now it seems I’ve found the best gear, maxed my stats until reaching an seemingly impossible level 70. And your damage is so insignificant until then.

So, this game is fun. It’s a nice game to kill time running around, buffing up your character and stats, and fighting monsters. But wow. In case you haven’t seen the reviews for the last 2 weeks Devs, your game is broken. Around level 10-12, all the monsters and bosses stop spawning in the surrounding rooms. You can’t fight old bosses or monsters or really progress at all because of it. I literally deleted the app, redownloaded it, had to restart with a brand new character from scratch, played my way back up to those levels, and experienced the bug again. I thought I could at least play with the room to the direct right of the starting room since monsters were still spawning there, but once you move out 2 or 3 rooms, they stop spawning again. The worst part is that this isn’t just a minor quality of life or visual or audio glitch. It’s GAME BREAKING. And it’s been at least two weeks without any response or updates from the developers, except for the in game events that have been rolling out but you can’t really participate thanks to the bug. Like, this is a pretty fun game, so it’s astounding that it would take this long for the developers to prioritize and patch a game breaking bug. If the game is fixed, it’s a game to check out. But until then, don’t waste any time or money on it because it’s broken.
