This online banking app I have used is the most useless I have ever come across, and the bank itself is equally useless. Firstly, I applied for a prepaid card on November 1st, 2022, and your bank assured me that I would receive the card within two weeks. However, it has now been more than 6-7 months, and I still haven't received the card that I paid for. Every time I visit the bank to inquire about the card, they keep telling me to come back later, and your customer service representatives are extremely unfriendly and rude in their responses. 🤬🤬😡 Secondly, whenever I attempt to withdraw money using the mobile banking app, it consistently fails and prompts me to try again later. I deeply regret choosing to bank with your institution. It seems that no effort is being made to rectify this situation, so I will give it a few more months. If no improvements are made, I will be compelled to discontinue my banking services with your bank.🤬🤬
