千万别被贝壳省心租的“收益保障”“专业管理”忽悠了!作为过来人，签完合同才发现全是坑，房东们一定要避坑! 合同里藏着好多霸王条款:说好了保障租金，其实管理费要按天扣，一年下来白交好多钱! 最坑的是议价窗口期!贝壳能随时改租金和招租期，谈不拢就无责解约，房东只能被动接受。 签合同前把你当上帝，签完就变脸!客户们别再被画饼了，这合同全是对平台的保护，客户的权益根本没保障!

you’re here cause you wanted to rent and they are insisting that you use an app for some reason, but the app doesn’t work cause you’re a foreigner. buckle up for hours and hours of realtors trying to make it work before giving up and just using a paper contract like they should have from the beginning
