The Bin Collection app is easy to read, informative and helpful. Every council should use this system. Having the reminders prior to pick up is excellent and also providing an alphabetical listing for all possible items is really useful. Well done to the initial instigators and the app developers. 1 page per category would be much more efficient, i.e. a list of items that can go into recycling, green bin, & landfill respectively. The present system, of listing individual items & which bin they should go to, is cumbersome & time-consuming. If the format of the original, paper pages of information could be copied & inserted to the app it would make life much easier, & be less conducive to raising the blood pressure of both residents & rubbish collectors alike!!!
