PROBUS NYC

I have been trying to purchase a pair of pants from Probus NYC for 2 weeks. My efforts have been futile, as it seem there is simply zero training and professionalism associated with this store. I tried purchasing through the app. But each time I receive an email saying the order is canceled. When I try to call the store directly, I am told every day that the person who deals with online orders is out. Then the person I spoke to informs me that he cannot accept my order over the phone, nor can he stay on the phone with me due to company policy. I am wondering how this store is able to stay open if they continuously discourages people from purchasing.

Ordered the Daft Punk bookends. They arrived missing 75% of the packing material, just smashed. Shipped from NY to NV just loose in the box. Only an idiot would think that would be ok. I send them multiple photos of the smashed product. They then have the audacity to charge me for return shipping. How to not get a return customer 101. Absolute garbage company. Don’t bother buying from them.
