I never had an issue till today it won’t let me get any tickets and on top of that I have had to use three different emails because it kept saying another device was using it when all I have is my phone and that’s it. I called the number for some help and again they did not help and it was the worst service ever don’t even bother with this

The app will pretend to offer it to you, but you won’t get any of this information without creating an account. You can’t find simple answers to simple questions without having to give them all of your personal info. Public transit should not be this complicated. The clowns at GATRA should either just take contactless cards onboard or use the Charlie card like everyone else. Pathetic.
