This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a fuel card service. From the beginning, everything seemed promising, but in reality, it has been nothing but frustration and disappointment. First, the acceptance network is extremely limited. Many locations that are supposed to accept the card either decline it or have issues processing it, which defeats the entire purpose of having a “fuel card.” As a driver on the road, reliability is everything—and this card is far from reliable. Second, the fees and lack of transparency are unacceptable. Charges appear without clear explanations, and there is no straightforward breakdown of what you are actually paying for. It feels misleading and unprofessional. Customer support is another major problem. Getting assistance is difficult, responses are slow, and when you do get help, the answers are vague and don’t actually resolve the issue. For something as essential as fuel access, this level of support is completely inadequate. On top of that, the overall system does not deliver on its promises. It’s marketed as a helpful tool for drivers and businesses, but in reality, it creates more problems than it solves. Delays, declined transactions, and constant uncertainty make it stressful to rely on. I would not recommend this card to anyone. There are far better and more dependable options available. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—look elsewhere.
What I like best is that there's no pin or mileage to give up before filling up the tank. Just use it and go, savings are automatically done for you in the background. I love my AtoB card so much, I stopped using another gas card I had, and a third gas account I just closed. AtoB dashboard is simple and pleasant to use. No hidden agendas, no confusing due dates, no intricate menus. It's easy to login and see your rewards or do anything else like pay your card early or add more bank accounts. My favorite part however is the fact that I can use this card to pay for my oil changes, car washes and much more. This is more than just a gas card, so much more!
We started using this as a way to track fuel costs for our family business and see what each vehicle was doing on a monthly basis - it also is helping to build biz credit along the way. I usually used the online web page to manage the loading etc but am now happily surprised that it can all be managed with the App. Wish I had this when I was driving my vehicle for UPS during the holiday season - would have made it nice and easy to categorize expenses. Also like that they have it available as. VISA card so Costco takes it 😁
