dragy·Lap - New GPS Lap Timer

Ran great at my first track day with the Dragy Lap at Laguna Seca. At Laguna I only used it as a track timer…Second track day was at Chuckwalla where I used my phone to record… 2 problems during this day were not registering the track times(always red 00:00 on my 3rd -5th sessions despite turning phone off and back on, logging out of the app and back in etc etc. Also the video overlays with mph and other data are several seconds out of sync with the video. Don’t think I can trust this to do what it is supposed to do. There is no technical help inside the app.

Would be a 5 star if they fixed the bug that many historical accounts that have had dragy for a while are not able to add a vehicle to the lap timer. Error of “session no exist” pops up. It actually adds the vehicle to the dragy straight line app but not the lap timer. Therefore not allowing you to use leaderboard and many app features. This has been a pain point for a while and many people I track with have same issue. Dragy please let people know how to overcome this “session no exist” issue and you could quickly become the lap timer of choice. In theory this is a great cost effective solution but it has to work proper. You are on to something but please get the simple bugs out.

This is the perfect way to avoid buying a dedicated lap timer. Times are accurate to transponder times by the race track to the +- .005. The app has a lot of potential and I hope you guys continue development of this. More promotion could also be done. Many people don’t know and the buy garmin catalysts. Dev team. Just do the same thing as the catalyst. It would be nice to have a coach added function to this app. But it takes lap times well. Add a track beta is glitchy and I had to keep making a new track to have a go button to hit. The tracks in “my tracks” have no “go “ button. But I was able to just create a track every time to get times at chuckwalla ccw
