This is the ONLY app I have found that allows you to do sub-habits or flexible habits. I have been try to follow with the ideas of the Elastic Habits book and this is the only app I have found so far that allows me to set up sub-habits and different goal levels. It’s a little tricky to set up at first and I wish the app had widgets, but so far so good!
