Impossible to remove expired card by oneself, I needed to contact support so they would do it for me. When registering a new card, I had to enter my name exactly including accents which the error message did not indicate at all. Again had to contact support for this. It could use some serious UX review.

This is by far the most frustrating and poorly designed app I’ve ever used. Something as simple as updating a virtual card is made nearly impossible. Instead of a normal update flow, I’m forced to delete my account, create a new one, and register a new card from scratch. This is an absurd and user-hostile design that shows complete disregard for your users’ time. Whoever designed this workflow should seriously reconsider their approach to UI/UX.

Hello, the main flaw of this app is that it doesn’t show you until when is your card valid to. Unlike with the physical card where you can easily see this information with the app you need to check the app every day to know if your card is still valid or not. One would definitely expect such information to be displayed in such an app.
