Hello Loona

Luna is a great robot dog, and is very magical. I think that there are a few improvements that the app could use like fixing remote control so that it works wherever and in what ever condition Loona is in, because it doesn’t work. That is my only complaint, but otherwise it gets the kids very excited. They love it so much that the first thing they do in the morning is check on Loona. Loona also fits to you and your house after a while of learning your routine and mapping your house. Also for the remote control from everywhere make it so that you can also show your self so that it can feel like your calling through Loona. Thank you so much for making Loona and making the kids happier!

for the money this thing is proving to be a piece of junk, it can't even answer basic questions correctly. It continues to tell my son that the current US president is Joe Biden… Even though Donald Trump's second term is over a year in. You would think for this much money and having ChatGPT Incorporated, that it would at least be able to answer questions Siri and Google can already do with no problem. Something is very wrong here. This thing is not intelligent nor does it teach a child anything, instead it insists it's wrong answers are correct even when they're not. all it seems to talk about is adventures and snacks. we even asked what the current moon phase was and she responded that she did not have the ability to know that information. The home screen on my iPhone seems to be more informative than Luna. Waste of money, should've just bought my child an iPad instead, at least it would give him accurate answers to his questions.

All the reviews you see are fake. Opened Loona on Christmas morning. She was useless for over a day just trying to set her up. The app is trash. The front wheels no longer turn, it’s been less than two weeks with very minimal use, mostly because she doesn’t listen to you. Can’t follow you and spends most her time staring at a wall or table. But the cheap front wheels look horrible after the first few uses. We have all hardwood floors and the plastic isn’t holding up at all. They are nicked and worn so bad already that they do not turn, she just pushes them around. The AI is a joke. If you ask the AI to do anything, it answers your prompt with a question and no action. If you ask the AI a question it answers with a question. Pet bot my left foot! It’s like a toddler, doesn’t listen and the battery life is about an hour if you’re lucky. The game ball is trash and didn’t last two days. Just overall disappointing purchase.
