Love the simplicity of the app and workout.

I just used the Bodyweights app for the first time for a strength training workout. It has lots of potential but it can use more features. I wish you can program the app to write to the Apple Health app and record workouts. Also, I wish you can see your past workouts in the app and how many reps and sets you’ve done to a given point in the workout.
A few days later, I’m really sore from doing a workout with only push ups. I would not recommend this app for those who are new to strength training.
Given all this, I will not be using the app again.
About BodyWeights
It's inevitable that we experience one of those days where we can't make it to the gym. You're equipped with the knowledge you need to exercise but need a routine that you can do at home that will get your heart racing, sweat glands working, and your muscles pumping. With BodyWeights you only have to select the exercises which you would like to do and then begin.
You will be shown a designated amount of reps which are selected at random for which you will perform each exercise. The goal is to try to complete the full workout in as quick of a time as possible. Though it may begin easy, by the end of the workout the amount of volume will have you wishing it would end, and the next day you will definitely be feeling it.
