LightTime: To Do List and GTD

The app worked great, and I’ve been a premium member since 2024. However, last week, I suddenly had to log in to my account again, and there was no option to sign in with email anymore. The only available options were phone number or Apple ID. I tried signing in with my Apple account, but it created a completely new account instead. I also tried restoring my purchase through the App Store, but that didn’t work either. The last thing I did was send an email to the app developer, but I haven’t received any response so far. I’m quite disappointed 😢 because I really like this app.

I upgraded to premium subscription but the app did not unlock the premium features.

Ok so this app is ok I guess but there are a lot of things that you have to pay for and it is $19.99 for a lifetime membership and I guess that is kinda a good deal but I am just a kid so what do I know? It also says somethings in a different language and I can only speak English and some Spanish. I can’t even find a language thingy to change it. Also random thing but just so you know when I wrote this I am watching the 2024 Super Bowl Game. Dear developers, please write me back. I am eager to see what you think of this review. Thank you for your time.
