Hublot Big Bang e Gen3

I was excited when I bought this watch. It was appealing to me and the features. Face changes soccer scores( be nice if it was compatible to do other sports) nice features streamline design and materials. What I didn’t expect was to have to drive to a Hublot location 40 minutes from me to have my watch sent out for warranty. 1.5 months later. I had to go pick it up again and the replaced the internals. Fine I’ll give them this. Again I expect better for 6500.00 from such a high end watch company. Then strike two, the watch crown and assembly just fell of the watch thankfully in my sleeve. I managed to put it back together and send out once again for warranty. Just 11 months after getting it back. So again I waste time to drive down and drop off expressing my feelings about this purchase, quality and questioning the reliability. Again about 1.5 months later. I pick it up and now have it again with another full year warranty. We will see what happens next. I have a lot of watches. Maybe 60-75 pieces. Not all bouquet pieces but my Rolex and breit, Tissot solar, and a few others have never been an issue. If this happens again I will be contacting Hublot corporate for a full refund or exchange for a different timepiece. I don’t have the trust I should have with Hublot brand and that is sad to me. I would not buy another watch from them again. I should have bought another Rolex or an Omega. Very disappointed client.

Would be nice if Hublot threw some updates or new watch faces out occasionally… Have had this about a 1.5 years now and ZERO watch face updates. Probably wouldn’t buy another one because of this, my Tag smartwatches update new faces often…

The watch keeps disconnecting from my phone, I have reset my watch many times and have started the process all over again and again and still will no have a stable connection. Extremely disappointed at Hublot, I am wearing the most expensive smartwatch in the market with the most connectivity issues.
