Loving the medicube devices, the products & app. Thus far have tried the Age R Booster and the Age R Deep Shot. However, the app continually gets stuck after device app check-in. It’s impossible to navigate out. The only solution is to turn phone off & back on. The same continues with utilizing the device videos to complete routine daily. App continually gets stuck. The helpline support is phenomenal. This product overall is amazing. Love the app regardless. I purchased additional gifts for family. & received gifts from family during the holidays. Thank you.

App is easy to navigate. If u have a question anything. You post it to their help line and they respond within few hrs by a real person not a bot. It doesn't matter when you bought the gadget, u feel like they support u for life. They post all reviews positive or negative (goes to show u how they stand by their products). Their tailored tx plan is such a good thing to keep track of progress. The forum is so helpful. One thing I noticed and would not take a star away for, their point system to entice u to keep active by rewards points or prizes, is not working (doesn't record) overall. To me that point system doesn't matter as I post comments cause I want to, and keep track of my photos for my own good, not the points or the prizes. Overall, medicube's app is very good and I enjoy it. By far, medicube products are the best, reasonably priced in every way and their gadgets are quality. They often run decent discounts which I take advantage of to stock up. I tried many expensive treatments and other gadgets from other well known brands. So far, no company has been able to beat their quality, customer support and value in my view. I can see what the hype is all about, they deserve all the best. No this is not a sponsored review, and I am not going to get any perks for that, but I guess I have become one of their cult/ groupie followers.
