Got a call saying I have a bill to pay. Told me to download the app to pay it, so I did. App has no button to pay a bill, wants you to use the “digital assistant” (LLM with very limited responses) which can’t actually help you pay your bill. 0/10 app experience. Basically a scam. I don’t want to meet the useless team of developers that farted this garbage into the world. Good network speed though.

It says you can pay your bill online but you CANT. If you try to log into the page to pay your bill, it’ll say you don’t have an account or wrong password/user. You can reset it as many times as you want, it will NOT let you in to pay your bill. I have a baby at home on leave and can’t drive, and my husband works until the shop closes, so hopefully I can figure out how to go pay my bill..

If I could rate a 0 I would! I downloaded the app and I tried to sign in with my credentials and it said they were not recognized. I reset my password like it asked me to do and it still did not recognize. Was not worth my time.
