Crime+Investigation

I’ve been using crime+investigation app it for a while, when it works it’s great, lots of content that I like plenty of stuff to watch, the app however has serious issues, the amount of times I’ve paid for a subscription and I can’t get on it to use is ridiculous, having to contact them in regards to having a subscription and not being able to use it. I’ve just given up as I currently have a quarterly subscription, supposed to renew in February but it’s saying I don’t have a subscription and to pay for premium content, so just cancelled and don’t intend on using it anymore simply because there’s constant issues, hopefully they sort this out at some point but it’s been a constant problem.

Lots of technical issues especially regarding downloading. Seems it constantly fails to download unless you get lucky but at the moment luck is out and just doesn’t work, constantly says error download failed. Really annoying when you think you have something to watch offline or when travelling only to see it didn’t even download even if app is kept open. Sometimes lags and gets stuck. Will be a really good app if they’re more dedicated to technical issues. I don’t think I’ll be keeping it another year

I have been enjoying this app, however, there is some fine tuning that needs to be done. 1: many series are missing episodes, and when new one appears, they are not stored in a chronological order or number. 2: if you watch an episode there is no way to mark it as watched, so when you go back to that series one has to guess which one was the last you watched. 3 There was a line where new uploads were stored, now it’s gone! So we don’t know what are the latest episodes you upload. Sort this out please! With a few little adjustments this could be a great app.
