SuperSonic Rewards

I try to open the app and get stuck on the “Please select your preferred store” screen. I deleted the app and downloaded it several times, I force closed and reopen the app several times and nothing.

I have about $600 worth of points saved up for one store. I was able to use $100 of it 1x and since then the app won’t even open, just immediately crashes. It’s the most frustrating thing and I’m afraid i’m just going to lose all those points. Update- it’s not crashing anymore but now it’s making me select a preferred store, but when I try to select one it doesn’t do anything and there’s no way to exit that page. So i still can’t use my points.

I downloaded app and earned then redeemed points once, now that I’ve been earning points for a few weeks, the app no longer opens for me… I’ve contacted support multiple times for help with no luck.
