I’ve worked out with Lora since 2020, back when she was doing in person training, and I still train with her today, but now via this app. I’m a single mom of two with a full time job that requires travel, and this app fits my life perfectly. I get new workouts every month, the app tracks my previous workouts so I can see real progress over time, and everything is clearly laid out so I know exactly what to do when I walk into the gym and don’t have to make another decision or figure if out on the spot. I was honestly surprised by some of the low star reviews because that has not been my experience at all. This program is consistent, well thought out, and easy to follow. I’ve seen real strength and performance gains over the years, and the app makes it simple to stay committed even with a busy schedule.
I’m a mom of three littles and it’s hard to find time to workout. With this app I am able to get a quick workout in. There is a video to show you all the moves and alternative moves to each workout too! It’s so easy! Would highly recommend!
The app is glitchy and functions sub-optimally. Seeing as there is no way to write a business review for these online fitness coaching businesses, this seems to be the only place to warn others of a terrible experience. I worked with Lora for 5 months, and paid her a total of $2500. I experienced some challenges and weight loss resistance dispute following everything she recommended. I finally did a comprehensive hormone panel through a registered dietitian that she works with and refers to as a “hormone specialist.” By the time my results arrived, I had encountered enough frustrations with Lora that I was ready to discontinue our contract. She then refused to discuss my results and any information gleaned from her “specialist” because I was not going to continue with her, even though I was still under contract with her had already paid her so much money with nothing else to show for it. I found her to be overall pushy, manipulative, disempowering, and in the end mean and severely lacking empathy. I regret working with her, and feel that it was a waste of time, money, as well as mental and emotional energy.
