Many of us have been asking for an app for many years. So glad to finally see one from this amazing company.
Only provides transfer to the True Link account, view upcoming transfers and view transactions.
Hope in next updates we can finally
** adjust the spending monitor (which is extremely difficult to see on a phone from the web),
** the ability to transfer out of the true link account and maybe
** transaction notifications that we can adjust on settings.
Then the app would be perfect.

Same problem as everybody else; I can’t login, despite changing my password as directed. I would give it zero stars if possible, although I suppose they deserve one star for having phone support. I did not access phone support because it seems (based on all the other reviews) that this is a pervasive problem with the app, not just limited to me. I figure that if I call support they will have me change my password at least one or two more times in the process of trying to fix it, it still won’t work, and then I won’t be able to remember my password when trying to log into the website. Not worth the hassle. So instead I am deleting the app and will wait a few months before trying again in the hopes that they fix this glitch.

I can tell you for free that this people are fraudsters you will request for a card and get it they will just wait for you to add any money on it they will automatically close the card without any reasons and end up not reversing they money they took from your linked account
They have my $5000 for couple of days now and refuse to return the money to my external account they took it from if you call to ask they will tell you they don’t have any information on there end
They are bunch of thieves beware
