Altana

We moved from Billings years ago and many things have changed for us but one thing we won’t change is banking at Altana. Their customer service is just amazing and it’s so good to be treated as a friend when you call. Altana employees have gone above and beyond for us more than once and it is appreciated!

I don’t think they should force their members to go along with this. We have banked there for 30 yrs.! I can’t afford, and this goes for a lot of people, to pay for a new device to handle this new app. I’ve never heard of this happening for any other app.! It’s unfair they are doing this! It’s forcing us to go to a different credit union or bank! It’s the little things that keep people happy! We are so unhappy and angry with this change! 😡

I have been a member with Altana for years and have always enjoyed their user friendly app. So nice to open the app and see all of your accounts, balances, and due payments. Now the app is difficult to navigate and cluttered. Also difficult for people with poor eyesight or older individuals to see some of the font due to size and color. Very disappointed with this new version and hoping Altana will do the right thing when they see how many disappointed customers they have. I believe new features can be added while still retaining the old format.
