Sunstone - UG & PG Courses

I’m quite disappointed with my experience. Every semester, there seem to be additional or extra fees that we are required to pay, which is very frustrating. On top of that, the response from the Sunstone management is extremely slow when the students try to raise concerns or get clarification. Another major issue is that the before paying the fees the sunstone is not giving fees update to the Chaitanya Demeed To Be University. Because of the delay from the sunstone side it shows as unpaid to the college end, and we are forced to pay the late fees. We are often told that the extra amount of the late fees which we are paying to the college is due 100% refundable later.
