I get an screen that says “they know there’s a problem” but it’s been a week and I can’t find contact info for the developer anywhere. I’m not impressed and am thankful I didn’t have any Flare delegated with it because it is untouchable right now.
An app is only as good as the team supporting it. Anyone can push out software. It takes integrity and virtuous character to stand by your product through bugs, and public learning curve. I have a small Twitter account, and yet, the team has consistently answered my incessant questions and concerns. Beyond the exceptional people standing behind the tech, the mobile app is fast, clean, and surprisingly verbose on the educational front with onboarding new retail clients into crypto. This is an oft-overlooked necessity in the crypto space. Like Coinbase, SolidiFi will be successful because they place great emphasis on teaching their customers the unique terminology and protocols of crypto, specifically the new Flare Network. At $0.99 on the iOS App Store, you are parting with insignificant capital in exchange for a slick, customizable app that allows for overview of all your wallets if you elect “track-only” at import, or total command and conquer battlefield supremacy if you’re looking for that. Suffice to say, the app is great, and the team or individual running their twitter account is of the highest professionalism. Risk the dollar. You won’t be disappointed.
There is not a lot of apps that offer what Solidifi is providing. There is some work they are still doing to make it better. They seem great at taking feedback and looking to improve of for users best interests.
