Go Fly for DJI Drones

I downloaded and started the app and it appeared to have the same interface as the earlier version. It launched with auto start and the controls seemed fine. When I started the automatic landing it went into a steep and rapid descent. I went to manual controls but the drone didn’t respond well. I crashed it into the ocean. I suspect I should have recalibrated the drone to the new app prior to flying the first time with the new app. I strongly urge one to do this. Overall the interface looks great. But whether it was an operator error, drone controller error or application error will never be known as it is lost. I would try it again over land and test it as I did when I first flew the drone several years ago.

Once I paid for subscription now it’s always a problem to fly. Firmware problems. Before I gave all my money flew every time. Is there someone I can contact?

Just try this with my mini SE. The program works, but none of the features will work with the mini SE. And the land button is not the same as the go home button. It literally lands right where it’s at instead of going back to the Home point. Almost sit mine in a tree. the way point function and none of the other extra functions worked with the mini SE. If they ever update the app to include the functions with the mini SE I will be all about using this app but for now the DJI fly app is better. I was looking for something with some added features, and didn’t find them here. Maybe they will update the app soon to include the features for the mini SE.
