I created an account online. I attempted to go through the steps provided with Safari, Chrome and Brave, but all would get hung up and not allow me to proceed. I then downloaded the app and as I entered my password, I noticed that the password field limits you to 20 chars. I know that may be a lot, but this limit is not enforced on the website.
